Click and Collect
Do you want to limit your time in the library? Take advantage of our Click and Collect Service. You can place holds on items via the library catalogue and be notified when they are ready for you to collect at the library.
How it works
- You must be a library member. Not a member? Please Join Online first.
- Log in to your Account.
- Place holds on up to 10 items from our catalogue. You can choose Busselton or Dunsborough Library as your collection point.
- You will receive an SMS or email to let you know when your items are ready for collection.
- Collect your holds from your selected library and borrow using our self-check kiosks.
Don’t want to enter the library? Call us when you arrive and we’ll bring your holds out to you*

Do you need some help accessing your COVID-19 vaccination certificate using the ServiceWA app?
The library is running COVID-19 vaccination ServiceWA app help sessions at Busselton library and Dunsborough library. You are welcome to contact us on 9781 1777 to be added to our waiting list.

No, in-line with West Australian Government requirements, library visitors currently do not need to show valid proof of double COVID-19 vaccination to enter our library spaces.
No, masks are no longer mandatory for some indoor public settings, including libraries, in Western Australia as announced by the State Government, from Friday 29th April 2022.
We do however encourage mask wearing, and you will notice some staff continue to wear masks.
Masks will not be provided by our libraries and we encourage you to use a reusable mask to help the environment.
After hours returns is only available at Busselton Libraries.
The after hours returns chute is located on the east side of the library building next to the library car park.
No, currently visitor numbers are now unrestricted (except where occupancy limits apply due to building permits).

Yes! You are welcome to use the free Public Computers and WiFi at our libraries.
To use our free Public Computers you need to sign up for a library membership.
Our WiFi is accessible without a library membership and is free to use by everyone.
Yes. Printing and scanning is available.
