June – Introduction to MyGov

Busselton – 16 June at 10am & Dunsborough – 30 June at 1pm

Learn everything you need to know about MyGov, from how to get started communicating through it. In this information session we will be covering how to create a MyGov account, how to upload documents, how to receive letters online, and linking other government websites to MyGov.

July – All Things Smart Devices

Busselton – 14 July at 10am & Dunsborough – 285 July at 1pm

Come along and learn about Smart Devices and how they are changing the way we use the internet. We will dive into understanding the different operating systems (IOS and Android) and how they work, as well as learning the basic functions of both systems, and discovering how to download apps.

August – Introduction to Windows 10

Busselton – 11 August at 10am & Dunsborough – 25 August at 1pm

Learn all about Windows 10, what it is and how to use it. In this information session, we will be covering what Windows 10 is, how to navigate your way around, connecting to Wi-Fi networks, understanding the start button, and how to save, move and delete files and folders.

September – NBN 101

Busselton – 8 September at 10am & Dunsborough – 22 September at 1pm

Come along and learn all about the nbn™. In this information session, we will be learning about who and what is the nbn net-work, how to connect and choosing the right service provider for you, and how to get the best experience from your in-home set-up.
We will also be covering staying safe online, including current scams, how to spot a scam and what do to if you are targeted by a scammer.
