Boris Johnson was Mayor of London when he wrote this entertaining book about the man he most admired.
It is not in the vein of a normal biography—that was not his intention. Churchill made the world as it is today; he was a maverick. Boris admired these same traits that set himself apart from the modern politicians.
In parts, it is a very funny account, leading the reader to admire Churchill in so many ways.
