No bookings required — simply drop in during the session for one‑on‑one tech support.
📌 Please note
- Sessions are 20 minutes per attendee to ensure everyone has a fair chance to receive help
- This program does not run on public holidays
- Please bring all relevant devices, along with any usernames and passwords you may need
- Assistance is subject to staff expertise, and we reserve the right to decline support for issues outside our knowledge or comfort level
- If your tech issue is requiring a longer session, you will be booked in with one of our Digital mentors for an hour-long session subject to availability
