Knitting Club

Dunsborough library hosts a weekly Knitting Club. Bring your own gear and continue your own project while socialising with other knitters. Tea and coffee are provided by the library. There is no need to book ahead.

The Knitting Club meets every Wednesday from 1:00-3:00pm.

Chess Club

Both libraries host Chess Clubs. Boards, pieces, chess clocks, and scoring sheets are provided. There is also no need to book ahead. Children are welcome, but anyone under the age of 10 needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The Chess Club meets fortnightly on a Monday at Busselton Library from 4:00-5:30pm. They also meet fortnightly on a Saturday at Dunsborough Library from 9:00-11:30am. See our calendar for upcoming Chess Club dates.

Reviewers Club

A book club with a difference. Each month, members select from the library’s newest arrivals, before they hit the shelves, and return the following month to review the title they chose.

The Reviewers Club meets at Dunsborough Library on the first Thursday of the month at 10am, and the Junior Reviewers Club (ages 8-12) meets at Dunsborough Library on the last Monday of the month at 4pm. Book Chat Club

This informal book club requires no invitations or RSVPs: just bring yourself to join lively discussions on books of all formats. You are invited to share your latest reads and discoveries in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The sessions will be guided by a member of the library team, and refreshments are provided.

Games Afternoon

Dunsborough Library hosts a monthly games afternoon. It is for ages five and up, but anyone under the age of 10 needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There is no need to book ahead, and all games are provided.
