This book demonstrates a method developed by Mark Stephens to deal with chronic pain naturally and reduce the use of medicinal aids. The main premise to becoming pain free is to understand pain, and to use breathing, meditation, hypnosis, and mantras to reduce and/or eliminate chronic pain.

This book is very well laid out, easy to read, and full of practical information and positivity. The affirmations, of course, are all very positive. For someone looking for a different approach to coping with chronic pain, this would be well worth the read.
