Declan Shaw is a New York police detective who is called to an apartment near Central Park where he finds Denise Morrow, a famous true-crime writer covered in blood and kneeling next to the body of her husband. It is an open and shut case, or is it? Declan discovers the subject of Denise’s next book is about a murder of a girl called Maggie Marshall. Declan not only worked on this case, but it haunted him for years.
This book is a compulsive read full of twists and turns.
