Did You Know?
Suggesting items for the library
We recently had several people suggest that we have a system whereby they could request items that we could purchase for the library. The good news is that we do have a system for this!

The easiest way to make suggestions is to use the form on this website: Suggest a Purchase. Using this form, you can suggest one or more items you believe we should add to our collection. After the suggestion has been reviewed, we will use the contact details provided in this form to update you on what decision was made.
You can also make suggestions when you are in the library by speaking to our friendly staff. They can take down the details of the item you are interested in, which will be recorded against your library card so that we know who to contact.
While all suggestions will be considered, not all can be purchased. All purchases need to fit within our Collection Development Guidelines. You can learn more about these by visiting Library Guidelines. There can also be budgeting restrictions around when and what we may purchase.
