Yes, you can renew your items online when the library is closed if the items are not reserved. Note: Â Items may only be renewed once. Â Go to My Account.

- Go to the Busselton Libraries Catalogue
- Search for the item
- When you have found the item, click the Place Hold Button.
- Select the pick-up library.
- You will be notified by email or post when the item is ready for collection.
- Go to the Busselton Libraries Catalogue
- Log in to My Account
- Click the Holds tab
- Put a tick in the check box next to the item you wish to cancel the hold on.
- Click the Cancel Hold button.
- Click the Yes button to cancel the selected hold/s.
- Your hold has now been cancelled.
Please notify the library if you become aware an item is lost or damaged. The library deals with each item on a case by case basis. We will contact you in due course if any follow-up is required.
Note: If an item is damaged please don’t attempt any home repairs.
