Changes to Libby and Kanopy

There are some important changes being made to the Libby and Kanopy apps.  If you use either of these, please be aware of them.

On Monday 21st of September, Libby and Kanopy will be changing how users log into their apps.  Currently, you only need your library card number.  Following this change, you will need both your card number and your PIN.  A PIN was assigned to your library card when it was created.  From Monday 21st, Libby and Kanopy will prompt users to add their PIN.

If you do not know what your PIN is, please contact Busselton or Dunsborough Library.  We can check your account and confirm your PIN.

Libby and Kanopy have also made a change overnight.  Library cards expire every two years.  Previously, Libby and Kanopy were not checking if your card had expired, but they now do.  If your card has expired, please contact Busselton or Dunsborough Library and we can update it for you.
