Online Account Disclaimer

By creating an online account, you represent, acknowledge, and agree that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18 years of age that you do so with the consent of a parent or legal guardian and that you have the permission of a parent of legal guardian to use our digital resources and agree to their Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor, you hereby agree to bind the minor to these Terms and to fully indemnify and hold harmless the City of Busselton Libraries if the minor breaches any of these Terms.

Creation of an online account grants unrestricted access to our digital catalogue. While some of these apps have parental controls, the library cannot enforce these, and some apps are entirely unrestricted in their access to content.
