The City of Busselton Libraries provides digital assistance through two programs. Library Tech Lounge provides drop-in sessions where you can get help with simple issues. Basic Tech Help has bookable Digital Mentors, who can assist with more complex issues. You can learn more about these two programs below.
Basic Tech Help

Basic Tech Help is a Busselton and Dunsborough Public Libraries initiative helping you to get the most out of going online and using your device, so you can add new skills and experiences to your life.
Free tutoring sessions with our Digital Mentors are available every week at the Busselton and Dunsborough Libraries there’s never been a better time to get online!

- Dunsborough Library on 9756 7111.
During your one-on-one session your mentor can guide you through getting online, using your device and will tailor the session to suit your personal needs.

Library Tech Lounge

The Library Tech Lounge is a relaxed drop in session where our friendly Library eServices team can help you with your tech questions – whether you’re feeling stuck or just need a little guidance to get started.
We can assist with everyday technology questions relating to laptops, tablets, and mobile phones, and provide one on one support in a welcoming environment.

- Every second Tuesday
- 1:30pm – 3:30pm
- Dunsborough Library:
- Alternate Tuesdays
